This role is critical in expanding our footprint across high-potential markets, strengthening institutional partnerships, and ensuring long-term, sustainable growth in the public health sector.
Experience Required: 10+ years in relevant markets
Key responsibilities:
- Must have a strong network with Central medical stores, UN Organizations and procurement bodies.
- Must have strong network with manufacturers/suppliers across Asia.
- Monitor international and local tender platforms, procurement portals, and customer announcements.
- Evaluate tender opportunities based on company’s product portfolio and strategic fit.
- Prepare and submit pre-qualification submissions, RFQs, RFPs, and ITBs.
- Design and propose basic logistics plans aligned with client delivery expectations.
- Must have good knowledge of logistics management and shipping documentation.
- Develop and manage tender and bidding strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all submissions.
- Liaise with QA/RA teams for technical documents and with Finance/Legal on terms.
- Maintain a tracking system for tender outcomes, pricing trends, competitor insights, and performance analytics.
- Facilitate smooth handover of awarded tenders to operations, supply chain, and logistics teams.
Candidate profile:
- 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device sales and institutional business.
- Strong existing network with key institutional buyers, central procurement bodies, manufacturers, suppliers.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex tender projects across multiple countries.
- In-depth knowledge of international procurement frameworks and donor-funded projects.
- Strategic mindset and ability to translate market knowledge into business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently across time zones and functions.
Language: Proficiency in English and French (both written and spoken)
